Join our workshop with Rita Laudato from the Chiasso Dairy, the expert cheesemaker. Where? At Buffet Bellavista, the iconic grotto located at 1200 meters above sea level at the namesake mid-station on Monte Generoso.
You won't become a master cheesemaker, but you will certainly discover the key steps to make one of Rita's small cheeses. An experience not to be missed!
