- Starter: fennel salad and Lostallo salmon with red fruits and citrus vinaigrette

About Trapletti Vini: Founded by Enrico Trapletti, Tenuta Vitivinicola Trapletti SA in Coldrerio covers 4 hectares of vineyards, producing a wide range of grape varieties with over 12 different types. Additionally, since 2020, the entire estate has been in the process of BIO conversion, meaning the first BIO wines will be produced from the grapes harvested during the 2020 vintage.
