Appetizer: Beef carpaccio with red currants and a fried onion ring on a small salad

First Course: Assassin's Risotto' with roasted tomato coulis, blended with Busciòn cheese and pepper

Main Course: Pork belly with crispy spring onion, olive oil mashed potatoes, and honey-soy sauce
